Register your club as an official CAGWA team for the 2026-2027 season. Deadline: by the first tournament on the schedule. Team membership fee: $200, payable to CAGWA (non-refundable).

As the President or authorized representative of the team named above, I acknowledge and agree to the CAGWA Team Participation Agreement — a completed registration form, the $200 membership fee, a signed "One Is Enough" Code of Conduct, participation in the California Super Tournament and League Finals, a completed signature page, a current officer & coaches list, and a signed Tournament Expectations form.
